How can I request a quote or book a ride?
You can request a quote through WhatsApp, LINE or email, or book directly through our website’s booking system. When requesting a quote, please share your travel date, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers and luggage details. For airport pickups, please include your flight number.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and text message with a personal link to view and modify your reservation. A quote request alone does not confirm a booking. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your journey begins, unless you’ve arranged to pay cash with our team.
Is meet-and-greet service included in the price?
For airport pickups in the United States, meet-and-greet service with a name sign is available for an additional $30. Our quoted airport transfer fares in Japan already include meet-and-greet service. All quotes include parking fees and highway tolls. For U.S. airport pickups, requested meet-and-greet service carries a $30 surcharge. Additional waiting charges apply after the complimentary waiting period.
How do I choose the right vehicle?

How do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur will contact you by text message and WhatsApp before your flight lands to coordinate your pickup. If you book meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur will welcome you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For curbside pickup, collect your luggage, then contact your chauffeur and share your terminal, exit or designated pickup-zone marker. Meeting points vary by airport. Follow the location instructions provided for your reservation and your chauffeur’s guidance; local airport signs and access restrictions take priority.
How much complimentary waiting time is included for airport arrivals?
Complimentary waiting starts when your flight actually lands: 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Any buffer time arranged for your booking is added to this period.
What if I need extra time after landing at the airport?
Add buffer time when booking, or ask our team to arrange it. For example, adding 30 minutes of buffer time to a domestic arrival gives you 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from your flight’s actual landing time: 30 minutes of standard waiting plus 30 minutes of buffer time. After your total complimentary waiting period ends, additional waiting costs $25 per 15 minutes.
What should I do if I cannot reach my chauffeur at the airport?
Contact our team at any time by text message or WhatsApp at +1 (626) 704-2786. Share your name, reservation details and current location so we can help you connect with your chauffeur.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur monitors your flight’s arrival status and adjusts your pickup timing accordingly. Complimentary waiting starts at your flight’s actual landing time. Please let our team know if your flight number changes or you are rebooked on another flight.
When will my chauffeur arrive for my airport transfer?
Your chauffeur will arrive at your designated pickup location 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time and stand by for your departure.
How much complimentary waiting time is included for an airport transfer?
For airport transfers and other point-to-point rides, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from your scheduled pickup time. After that period, additional waiting costs $15 per 15 minutes. Airport-arrival pickups have a separate waiting policy.
Can I add a stop on the way to the airport?
Yes. Additional stops are charged according to the extra distance and time required. Tell our team about your planned stops when booking, or contact us if your itinerary changes, so we can confirm the additional charge and allow enough time for your flight.
Where will I be dropped off at the airport?
Your chauffeur will drop you off at the terminal used by your departing airline, subject to airport access restrictions. Share your airline and flight number when booking so we can confirm the appropriate terminal.
